RueZone offer a cancellation period of 30 days from the date your order is placed. If you change your mind about a device you have purchased, you may return it to us and we will offer you a full refund, provided the phone is returned in the condition it was received in, with all accessories included.
We cannot provide refunds for devices that have been physically damaged or have accounts or locks active on them.
If your device develops a fault outside of the 30 day cancellation period, RueZone offers a warranty with every handset we sell, to give you extra peace of mind in your purchase. The level of warranty is specific to the grade purchased:
We will repair or replace any device fault that develops as a result of faulty parts or poor workmanship.
Please note, we do not offer refunds on any device outside of the 30 day cancellation period.

Yes. RueZone offers a warranty with every handset we sell to give you extra peace of mind when purchasing. This covers technical defects, faults caused by poor workmanship or materials and faults caused by faulty parts.
It does not cover damaged caused by our customers, issues caused by third-party software, problems caused by unlocking your device or any damage caused by components you have added to the device after purchase.
