When will my item arrive?

Can I return my item?
Of course! If you change your mind, we have a 14-day return policy for our standard graded mobile phones, and a 30-day cancellation policy for Wonky Mobiles. Please visit our returns page for more information.
Is my item covered by warranty?
Yes. RueZone offers a warranty with every handset we sell to give you extra peace of mind when purchasing. This covers technical defects, faults caused by poor workmanship or materials and faults caused by faulty parts.
- Excellent grade phones receive a 12-month warranty.
- Good grade phones receive a 6 month warranty.
- Fair grade phones receive a 3-month warranty.
- Wonky grade phones receive a 1 month warranty.
It does not cover damaged caused by our customers, issues caused by third-party software, problems caused by unlocking your device or any damage caused by components you have added to the device after purchase.

Can I order an item if I live outside the UK?
At this stage, we cannot accept orders from customers who do not live in the United Kingdom.
Can I place an order over the telephone?
At present, we can only accept orders through our website, Ruezone.com
What payment options do you offer?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Clearpay, and payment using your Amazon account.
What accessories come with my phone?
When you purchase a phone from Ruezone.com, you will receive a securely wiped (ADISA-approved) professionally refurbished mobile device with the following accessories:
- A Compatible USB charging and data cable
- A SIM Ejecting Tool
- A Cleaning Cloth
Are your devices compatible with my network?
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all of our devices are supplied unlocked. An unlocked device will work on any network, provided you have the correct SIM card.
