Is my item covered by warranty?
Yes. RueZone offers a warranty with every handset we sell, to give you extra peace of mind in your purchase. This covers technical defects, faults caused by poor workmanship or materials and faults caused by faulty parts.
- Renewed (Pristine), Excellent and Very Good grade phones receive a 12 months warranty.
- Good graded phones receive a 6 months warranty.
- Pre-loved graded phones receive a 3 months warranty
It does not cover damaged caused by our customers, issues caused by third-party software, issues caused by unlocking your device or any damage caused by components you have added to the device after purchase.

Can I order an item if I live outside the UK?
At this stage we cannot accept orders from customers who do not live in the United Kingdom.
Can I place on order over the telephone?
At present we can only accept orders through our website, Ruezone.com

Are your devices compatible with my network?
All of our devices are supplied unlocked unless otherwise stated in the product description. An unlocked device will work on any network provided you have the right SIM card.
