Our Grading Guide
We know quality is your top priority. To make your choice easier, we’ve standardized our grading so you know exactly what to expect when your tech arrives.
A brand new device. Fully tested and in pristine, full working order.
Excellent condition used product with little or minor signs of wear, invisible when in operation. Item has been fully tested in full working order.
Good condition used product that will show light signs of wear across the device. Item has been fully tested and in full working order.
Average condition used product that will show moderate signs of usage but has been fully tested and in full working order.
A fully functional device with distinct cosmetic wear. Expect visible scratches, marks, or dents that symbolise the phone's journey. Each Wonky listing features photos of the exact device you'll receive.
Certified Erasure and Testing
All devices are wiped with the ADISA-approved MobiWIPE® software and tested with state-of-the-art electronic testing from MobiCode, checking for up to 60 possible defects. (Note: does not apply to non-working (parts only) grades).
Network Unlocked
All devices are unlocked unless specified. This means that any SIM card will work with them, on any network worldwide.
A note about Apple Repairs & Verified Parts
When a Battery, Camera, or LCD is replaced, the Apple menu may advise that the part cannot be verified as genuine. We only use high-quality Apple parts; this is simply a software notification and does not affect your warranty or device performance.
