We want you to love your tech. If things aren't quite right, we’ve made our returns process as straightforward as possible.
Changed your mind?
If you decide the item isn't for you, you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to return it for a refund.
Special Policy: WonkyMobiles
Our WonkyMobiles collection features devices with cosmetic imperfections at a discounted price. For these items, we offer an extended 30-day cancellation period. Items must be returned in the same condition received with all accounts/locks removed.
Warranty Repairs & Faults
If your device develops a fault during your warranty period, we are here to help. Our process is simple:
- • Testing: Every return is electronically tested and examined by our engineers.
- • Resolution: If a defect is found, we will provide a full repair or a replacement if a repair isn't possible.
- • Exclusions: Faults established as "outside of warranty" (e.g., physical or liquid damage) will not be eligible for repair/refund.
Arrived Damaged?
Any physical damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please keep all original packaging and accessories to ensure a smooth claim process.

Postage Costs: If the item is faulty, we cover the return postage. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked service.
