Returns & Warranty
Can I return my item?
Yes! We offer a 14-day return policy for standard graded tech and an extended 30-day policy for Wonky Mobiles. Visit our Returns Page for full details.
What does my warranty cover?
Our warranty covers technical defects, workmanship, and faulty materials. It does not cover accidental damage, third-party software issues, or unauthorized unlocking.
Excellent Grade: 12-Month Warranty
Good Grade: 6-Month Warranty
Fair Grade: 3-Month Warranty
Wonky Grade: 1-Month Warranty

What payment options do you offer?
We accept all major Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Clearpay, and Amazon Pay.
What accessories are included?
Every device is ADISA-approved and securely wiped. You will receive a compatible USB charging cable, a SIM ejecting tool, and a micro-fibre cleaning cloth. If your device is a smartwatch it will come with a cable and a silicone sports band.
Will the device work on my network?
Unless stated otherwise, all devices are supplied unlocked and will work on any network with the correct SIM card.
